The Business

Eco Providers are one of the UK’s leading ECO4 Grant scheme retro-fit specialists. Helping thousands of households across the UK each year take advantage of the government backed heating grants scheme to insulate and heat their homes efficiently and effectively.

They are on a mission to reduce emissions, reduce bills, improve EPC’s and provide the best possible service in the sector to those that need it most.

Challenge

After a change of business ownership in late 2023, Eco Providers approached Digital Next with the task of creating a new enhanced online marketing strategy using SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Paid Social Ads, Web Design and Development.

Solution

The 1st thing we did was exhaustively audit the existing accounts, look at opportunities for improvement / expansion and recommend changes in relation to best practice and strategy.

Once finalised we discussed and agreed with the EP team our findings and set to work on implementing and restructuring things from the legacy accounts.

Results

The new campaigns began to yield immediate improvements which saw a 50% increase in leads, lower spends, better quality traffic, improved conversion and much lower CPA’s (cost per acquisition).

After 6 months of continual testing and optimising we have now put brand new strategies in place for Q3 & Q4 of 2024 that will further increase market share, improve visibility, engagement, conversions and growth.
