Here at Digital Next, we love being a part of charitable and fundraising opportunities and utilising our resources to help increase reach and exposure. As such, we work closely with Manchester based charity Once Upon a Smile and have recently collaborated with them to revamp their existing website to give them a brand new look and an improved user experience for their online visitors.
Our work with Manchester-based charity Once Upon a Smile provided them with the ideal platform to raise further awareness of disadvantaged children that needed a helping hand. The goal with their new web build was to make the site much more fun and user-friendly, with an emphasis on donations and a much-improved news feed to promote their fundraising efforts.
With this new platform, visitors are able to donate through the website, whilst also offering a comprehensive overview of the charity’s endeavours, who and how they help, an integrated news feed that enables visitors to keep up to date with all of Once Upon a Smile’s fundraising efforts and events.
It would seem that this website overhaul could not have come at a better time with Once Upon a Smile’s annual charity ball on the horizon, which is scheduled for Saturday 7th May. Last year’s event was a roaring success, attracting a number of well-known celebrities with the likes of Kym Marsh, Gemma Atkinson among many others.
