Once you are happy with our plans and proposal, we can meet to discuss shared KPIs. Once KPIs are agreed, we can then set about developing a service level agreement that suits your needs and budget.

Happy with everything so far? Now it’s time to talk about budgets. As with every client we work with, we strive to deliver a quality service that fits with your goals and objectives but also your budget. We will work out the costs and create a confirmed payment plan that suits you.

With the contracts and payment plans agreed upon, we can really start the onboarding process. Ensuring you have access to all our agency tools. This includes access to our reporting tool, which allows you 24/7 visibility of your website’s search engine rankings.

Introduction to Project Manager and Workflow Process

From here we can begin formal introductions to members of the team who will oversee and manage your project. Whether you are beginning an SEO project or starting your PPC journey, you will get the chance to meet each team member involved in your project, but most importantly your project manager who will be the first point of contact. They will explain the workflow process to you, aligning this with your business needs and available resources.

Organise Date For Client Kick Off Call

With everything in place to make a start on your project, we will plan a client kick off call which will include meeting wider members of the production team. From your account manager to paid social team, content writers and more. All relevant parties will be involved to understand the scope of the project and to get to know you and your team.

Client Welcome Pack & Monthly Reporting Agreed

To finalise our onboarding process we will provide you with a client welcome pack. This will explain everything about what you can expect from working with us and more information about how we work. At this stage, we will also agree on timelines for monthly reporting. Giving you an idea of when you can expect meetings, reports, and more.
