When Sigma 3 first joined us, they were disillusioned with PPC advertising as the efforts of their previous agency failed to meet their expectations. As such, the primary focuses were to drive leads in the form of brochure requests, and design visits from the website for their sales team to create orders from. We were also tasked with decrease the cost per leads to heighten profitability of their products.
Our solution began with a comprehensive audit of their AdWords account, enabling us to identify areas of the account that cost the most and generated the least ROI. We also scoured their campaigns to spot opportunities that were not being maximised, so that we could achieve their cost per leads target. As a consequence of our efforts, we were able to double the number of conversions to over 100 over the last 12 months and obtain a 220% decrease in cost per leads to £35 – which was half the client’s target. We also delivered consistent traffic to the site without increasing their spend, which has now led to further plans in the pipeline to partner Sigma 3 and support their premier retailers.
