Digital Sales & Strategy Manager

Here at Digital Next, we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and determined individual that’s seeking a unique opportunity to join our budding sales team as a Digital Sales & Strategy Manager. As the position will be KPI-driven, sales targets will be in place to ensure that their performance becomes pivotal to the growth of the company. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter and motivated to generate sales on a monthly basis, through the development of a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Retain portfolio of clients to a minimum retention rate of 60%, whilst also identifying additional revenue streams through offering our broad service range.
• Manage your pipeline of clients – ensuring that you have an in depth understanding of their business and financial performance to identify key sales opportunities.
• To establish and maintain excellent client relationships through face to face meetings, and telephone and email communications.
• Liaise with the other teams to ensure that you are correctly briefed in all aspects of each campaign.
• Manage expectations of all clients through effective communication and understanding of products/services.
• Develop monthly sales reports to outline to other teams prospective opportunities to generate additional revenue.
• Work closely with the Account Management team to identify further opportunities and be aware of client campaigns.
