Digital Next are looking for a Marketing Manager who will take overall responsibility for all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating and implementing an effective and coordinated marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on digital marketing & use of social media platforms.

You will also liaise with the management team to coordinate all marketing events and campaigns.

We are seeking a well-rounded candidate, who is required to be intelligent, creative, well presented and self-motivated. They should be able to understand the company’s overall direction, aims, objectives and set their own goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and develop the marketing plan
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and Search/display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide regular internal reports
  • Work closely with sales and account management team
  • Manage and update company website, PR and general promotional activity
  • Develop new innovative & effective content marketing strategies – video marketing content, social media content etc.
  • Responsible for all Digital Marketing – Social Media, PPC, Google Ads and SEO
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Attend product launches and networking events
  • Responsible for developing the Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Create own company accreditation scheme
  • Understand the company’s overall business strategy, values and growth plan
  • To apply for & successfully secure new industry Awards & Accreditations


Education and Experience

  • Educated to degree level
  • Professional qualifications (CIM) would be highly regarded
  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience
  • Good knowledge and experience of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Content)
  • Excellent English Language skills with an attention for detail and a creative mind-set
  • Experienced in both digital and offline marketing
