Westlab Salts are one of the biggest bath salt companies in the UK. Driving exponential growth via a B2B model which saw them housed within some of the biggest UK retail stores including Tesco, Asda & Boots to name a few.

Challenge

Westlab Salts initially approached us as they wanted to capture a higher percentage of the B2C market share so they could become less reliant on the B2B market. The main objectives given were to drive more people to the website, increase brand awareness & ultimately increase revenue from the B2C audience.

Solution

When we started working with Westlab Salts they were very popular on Amazon but apart from that hadn’t really done any marketing, so we started with SEO. In addition to this, we also introduced the subscribe & save model which proved to be very popular, alongside the ‘Knowledge Hub’ which we created to educate people on the positive impact bath salts can have on sensitive skin.

Results

As a result of the work we carried out, keyword rankings on Google increased by 148%, which lead to an increase of 175% in Organic Traffic. With all this in mind, we increased the overall website revenue by 600%.
